This is the person we can contact prior to the event to arrange details.

The responsible party is one individual who will be present for the entire duration of the event to ensure all policies and procedures are followed. This person will be responsible for opening and closing the building if your event is outside of normal business hours.

Trinity's kitchen includes commercial kitchen appliances which have unique operating procedures. In requesting to use kitchen equipment your group agrees to:
1. Assume all risk involved
2. Read and follow available instructions
3. Allow only those individuals who are familiar with equipment operation to use it

Only authorized individuals may operate Trinity's audio/visual equipment such as microphones, speakers, and projectors.

If you select "Yes", our technical director will reach out to you about the details of your request, their availability, and the cost of hiring them.

- Trinity does not rent facilities under any circumstances. There are no fees to use the facility. Honorariums / monetary gifts are always welcome.

- Trinity reserves the right to limit the use of its facilities at any time and for any reason. The building may be reserved for a personal event if the event is intended for a “not-for-profit activity” (not for personal enrichment), does not conflict with Trinity’s constitution, and is hosted by a member.

- Trinity Lutheran Church’s property and liability insurance provider requires that all groups and non-church member individuals wishing to use Trinity property need to obtain a "Certificate of Liability Insurance" that designates Trinity Hillsboro as a 'certificate holder.' This document will outline the liability insurance coverage to cover the activities being hosted on Trinity’s premises, effectively extending coverage to include the use of Trinity’s facilities. This certificate of liability insurance must be provided to the church office no later than 5 business days prior to your event.

- Trinity reserves the right to rescind a reservation. In the event that your reservation is rescinded we will communicate with you as early as possible, and will make every effort reschedule at a mutually opportune date.
